The Canon EOS 6D is a feature-packed full-frame 20.2MP DSLR camera that combines exceptional image quality with convenience and compatibility. Equipped with the DIGIC 5+ image processor and 14-bit A/D conversion, the full-frame sensor delivers vibrant and detailed imagery, with an expanded ISO sensitivity range up to ISO 102400. The powerful processing capabilities also enable intelligent noise reduction and continuous shooting at up to 4.5 frames per second at full resolution.

The 6D features an 11-point autofocus system that ensures precise focus in any shooting situation. It includes a center cross-type focus point for improved low-light focusing accuracy. The iFCL 63-zone dual-layer metering sensor works in conjunction with the autofocus system to provide accurate exposure measurements by analyzing color and luminance values within the scene.

In addition to still photography, the 6D supports full HD video recording up to 1080/30p using various compression options. You have full manual control over exposure and sound, allowing you to customize the look and feel of your videos.

Connectivity is a strong suit of the 6D, thanks to its built-in Wi-Fi and GPS technologies. With the Canon EOS Remote app, available for iOS and Android, you can remotely control the camera and instantly share images from your camera to your phone or the CANON iMAGE GATEWAY. The GPS receiver records location data, which can be embedded into the image metadata for geotagging purposes.

Despite its smaller form factor compared to other full-frame DSLRs, the 6D doesn’t compromise on usability. It features a large 3.0″ 1,040K-dot TFT LCD monitor for clear playback and review of your images. The camera’s construction combines an aluminum alloy and polycarbonate chassis within a magnesium and polycarbonate shell, ensuring durability while keeping the weight down.
